We are interested in a Home improvement. What should we do now?
Give us a call and we will roll the red carpet out. You don’t have to know for sure what you want... just that you are interested is enough. We will visit you, do a site survey, and give you the information you need.
What should we have ready for your designer’s visit?
You should know where your property lines are. There is usually a plan map in your home papers, which is a good start. Other than that, we will just want all the information we can get regarding how you plan to use your space. Family, relatives, large yard parties, lots of kids, etc.
Do I need a building permit? How do I get one?
Yes, you do need a building permitl. We take care of that. We will still provide you with what you need to take to your building jurisdiction.
